We brought you a brand new donation experience through our new and improved donation form. Specifically designed to deliver a world-class donor experience, the new donation form improves completion rates and helps our charity partners to raise even more!
We’re thrilled to report the new form has already delivered some great results for our charity partners:
- Average donation amount has increased by 42%
- 81% of donors choose to cover charity fees (vs 72% previously)
- Opt-in rates for charity communications are up by 37%
We made significant improvements to our reporting system to arm you with faster access to richer and more accurate fundraising data.
We know that sharing fitness progress leads to better fundraising results, that’s why we teamed up with fitness app market leader Fitbit to deliver a seamless integration that enables your supporters to track their fitness activity through their Fitbit device while automatically syncing it to their fundraising pages.
We launched our automated behavioural email coaching program that’s designed to optimise your fundraising by keeping supporters engaged throughout their entire fundraising journey. Parkinson’s Victoria have already used this program to boost their fundraising by 27%

Major Community Events have proven themselves to still be a powerful solution to attract new supporters and donors to your cause. We offer over 40 events via our platform and we’ve seen some great results this past year.
