New auto-join feature for teams

What has been released?

Since 31st of August, all new campaigns will have the new auto join teams feature enabled. Please note that campaigns created prior to that date will not be affected.

How will this benefit my campaign and supporters?

Auto-Join Teams allows supporters to more easily join a team and begin fundraising for your cause. It will also greatly reduce the effort required of team leaders, as they will no longer need to manage team requests inside their everydayhero account.

What do I have to do?

The wonderful news it that you don’t have to do anything! ‘Auto-Join Teams’ has now been switched on by default for all new peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns (utilising team fundraising functionality) created on or after 31st August 2016.   If you have any questions or feedback, don’t hesitate to contact us!
